Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed when your order ships, 1-3 business days after you order. Check your spam folder first, then message us and we'll resend it.
How do I request a refund?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll take care of it.
Is the collar right for my cat?
Tell us your cat's size and what you're trying to solve, and we'll give you a straight answer, including when the answer is to see your vet first.
