About the product
How long before I notice a difference?
Some owners see a change within a few days. Others take a couple of weeks. And some cats don't respond at all, which is normal for any calming product and exactly why the 30-day guarantee exists.
Is it safe? Will it sedate my cat?
No. It's made with natural extracts and contains no sedatives or medication. It's a comfort aid, not a medical treatment.
If your cat's anxiety is severe, came on suddenly, or comes with changes in eating, grooming or litter box habits, please see your vet. Those can signal something a collar won't fix.
What size is it?
Each collar is 15 inches and fully adjustable, so it fits kittens through large adult cats. Fasten it with room for two fingers underneath, then trim the excess length.
How many collars come in a box?
Three, each sealed in its own pouch. Replace each collar as directed on the packaging — the spares keep until you need them.
I have several cats. What do I need?
Each cat wears their own collar, so one box covers up to three cats. If you have several, the multi-box packs work out cheaper per collar.
Can my cat wear it outdoors or in water?
It's fine for everyday indoor and outdoor wear. Take it off for baths and swimming, and let it dry fully before putting it back on.
Can kittens wear it?
The collar adjusts down small enough for kittens. As with anything new, check the fit regularly as they grow, and speak to your vet if you have any doubts about a very young kitten.

How fast do you ship?
Orders leave within 1-3 business days. Delivery is typically 10-20 business days to the US and 12-25 to Canada.
Where is my tracking number?
It's emailed automatically the moment your order ships. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder and then email us. We'll resend it.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. If you're elsewhere, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
Do you offer a discount on more than one box?
Yes. The 2-box and 3-box packs cost less per collar than a single box, and the per-collar price for each option is shown on the product page.
What is your refund policy?
If the collar isn't working for your cat, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. No argument, no forms.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't shipped yet we'll change or cancel it. Once it's with the carrier, the 30-day guarantee is your safety net.
